We are looking for Financial Controller for UAEResponsibilities:? Supervision of Accounts and finance functions on daily basis and guiding team members as and when required.? Supervising and guiding purchase team on daily basis and negotiating with the suppliers for better rates and assisting in reducing the cost.? Coordinating with IT company for day to day issues on IT related matters.? Handling suppliers follow up on payment and negotiating with them to have best possible negotiations ? Guiding accounts and finance team in relation to VAT entry and compliance of the same.? Preparation of short- and long-term budgets, designing business plans/strategies for maximizing profitability, revenue generations and realize company goals.? Heading finance and commercial functions involving determining financial objectives, designing and implementing systems, policies and procedures to facilitate internal control? Ensuring compliance with statutory authorities and audit requirements and maintaining integrity of accounting systems and processes to keep it effective and operational all times? Feasibility study, critical analysis and financial analysis through IRR/ROI of on new investment to provide commercial recommendations for development of new ventures ? Analysis of monthly reports / MIS / Cash Flow / Aging Analysis Balance Sheets to give suggestions, feedback, direction and recommendations to management to increase the top and bottom line.? Liaising with Internal/External auditors, Banks, Insurance companies, Government departments, statutory bodies??? ? Coordinating with restaurant team for smooth operations and assisting them in all possible ways.? Holding meeting with finance team members to assess the work status.? Making project viability report, Projected cash Flow, Projected Profit and Loss to raise the funds from the bank for new venture.? Reduced the cost of operation resulting in higher bottom line by finding alternatives and hard negotiation with the vendors. ? Executed Feasibility study, viability report, break-even analysis, ROI and IRR studies for the new ventures? Loan negotiations for the new venture and coordinating with the bank for the same.
