Asiana Hotel will soon be joined by its sister property Asiana Grand Hotel.Reporting to the Group Executive Chef, the following positions are urgently required:We are also wishing to recruit an Executive Sous Chef ( Korean national) for the Asiana Hotels signature restaurant Sonamu.Solid background in Korean cuisine.Must have experience in high end restaurants / hotels in Korea.International exposure would be an asset.Strong leadership skills must be a team player.Menu planning and costing skills are required.Able to communicate in written and spoken English would be an advantageCreative and innovativePassionate about training and development of the teamDeputizes for the Group Executive Chef in his absence.Please apply online urgently.
