We are looking for the following position for a 4 star hotel to be based in Dubai.Executive ChefEXPERIENCE:-Minimum 5 years experience in a 4/5-star hotel or high quality restaurant operations.Pizzeria preparation and production. (Pizza oven in front of guest is part of the new concept UPS)Previous sous chef or chef experience needed.Experience and passion for training.European background, Middle Eastern experience is a plus.In-depth knowledge of the highest food & safety standardsKnowledge and demonstrated success in leading a successful restaurantKnowledge and demonstrated success in events and Banquet organization.Strong knowledge of current food & beverage trends, customer preferences & consumption habits.Understanding of diverse cuisine styles & food preparation techniques.Management skills, especially with diverse cross-cultural teams.Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power point, POS systems.Computer skills essential.Cost controlling, Forecasting, Menu Engineering and Financial Knowledge.(P&L Analysis)Single Status
