This is a great opportunity for talented engineers to gain additional technical exposure within an internationally renowned consultant delivering projects around the globe.To fill our current openings, we are inviting talented engineers with minimum 5 years of relevant experience (Engineer) to join our Pipeline team in UAE.Core Responsibilities:Basic & Detailed Design & Engineering of Onshore / Cross Country Pipelines.Pipeline route selection and preparation of Survey scope of work, Pipeline Route Maps, Alignment sheets, Station approaches, Crossing details, Hydrostatic test Diagrams, Pipeline details and MTO summary for pipeline projects.Preparing Pipe Wall Thickness Calculations, Hydrotest Pressure Calculations, Road Cross Analysis, Buoyancy, Upheaval Buckling, Hot tapping Calculations, Stress and Stability analysis.Preparation of engineering documents such as Pipeline Design Basis, Pipeline Datasheet, Material Specifications & Datasheets for all kind of pipeline components.Preparation of specifications for Hydrotest, Cleaning, Drying, Pre-commissioning, Pipeline baseline survey using online inspection tools etc.Design of CP system for pipelines, including preparation of CP system design basis, specifications, scope of work, Schematics, typical details etc., (with necessary inputs from other disciplines concerned).Experience with Materials such as Carbon Steel & GRE/GRP and with different types of internal linings / coatings.Preparation of Material requests (MRs) and Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) of pipeline items such as Linepipes, Fittings, Induction bends, Barred Tees, Isolation Joints, Flanges, Anchor Flanges, Fittings, Valves, Corrosion Coupons, Heat Shrink Sleeves, Pig Launchers & Receivers, Pig Signalers, CP system components etc.Familiar with Quality requirements for site construction activities, WPS/ PQR etc.Supervise and guide designers in preparation of Pipeline related drawings.Effective communication of study results to clients, either through verbal presentation or written reports.A committed team player able to work on own initiative with minimum supervision.
