We are looking for Electrician- Heavy VehiclePurpose To use a working knowledge of electrical systems to conduct maintenance, fault-finding, and diagnostics on existing systems. Installs new electrical systems, including lighting and heating, to required standards and to maintain those systems while upholding safety guidelines and complying with codes and regulationsKey Responsibility Areas? Responsible and accountable for assembling, installing, testing, and maintaining electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.? Responsible and accountable for diagnosing malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.? Assess the parts needed for a job, place orders for those parts and ensure quality products are used ? Responsible and accountable for conducting routine maintenance and testing on commercial and domestic electrical systems, and ensure installations are to manufacturer standards, ? Responsible and accountable for rewiring harness cables, faulty electrical systems, such as lighting, heating systems, and fix the respective fault codes? Ensures good quality workmanship which upholds company standards and complies with safety requirements? Works alone to find and present faults and concerns in electrical systems without receiving explicit direction? Responsible for maintaining records and files, preparing timeous reports ? Provides exceptional customer service and answers any customer questions? Provides professional assessments and advice for superiors Key Performance Indicators? Number of repairs done per day?
