He will adhere with cGMP principles and maintain them in an effective manner and he will be responsible to ensure uninterrupted Power Supply (round the clock) to all Julphar Plants.Key responsibilities & Accountability:Undertake and execute all planned & preventive maintenance, corrective and breakdown maintenance, condition monitoring, inspection and testing of all Electrical Equipment such as MV/LV switchgear, power transformer, capacitor bank, distribution board, EMS system, UPS, battery charger, generator, firefighting and fire alarm system, Earthling and lightning system, etc. in a safe, timely and effecient manner in accordance with the standard operating procedures, authority regulations and good engineering practices.Perform major overhaul and shutdown maintenance activities which includes shutdown preparation, data collection and condition monitoring duties as assigned.Respond to faults and failures reported through the work order system; visit sites to inspect, troubleshoot and correct the fault.Troubleshooting and malfunctioning of all electrical, controls and monitoring equipment.Responsible to maintain LV systems (MDBs, SMDB, DBs, Generators, Transformers, etc.)Reads and follows operation & maintenance SOPs.Responsible to follow safety during work and all plant.Qualifications:- Education3 years Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with 5 years experience / ITI in Electrical with 8 years experience.- Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrical Technician in industrial electrical maintenance such as maintenance & troubleshooting of MV/LV panels, transformers, generators, UPS, fire fighting system.Minimum 2 years of experience as Single handed Troubleshooter of electrical systems.- Training:Key Competencies:Communication skills and good background in English. Strong Interpersonal skills, ability to debate, dialogue, negotiate, influence and work with others collaboratively and constructively.Technical Competencies:Machine and operation monitoring
