Job Description :Urgently looking for an experienced Demi Chef De Partie in UAE.Job Details:?To actively share ideas , opinions & suggestions in daily shift briefings.?To maintain proper rotation of product in all chillers to minimize wastage / spoilage.?To have full knowledge of all menu items , daily features and promotions.?Managing and training any demi-chef de parties or commis working with you.?Helping the sous chef and head chef to develop new dishes and menus.?Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.Job Requirements:High School diploma.Two years experience in same field.?Great cooking skills.?Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
