Job Description

We are looking for Customer service freight & logistics forwarderJOB RESPOSIBILMES? Handling Air Export and Air Import shipments? Handling Export FCL, LCL, Import FCL and LCL shipments.? Laising with all major Shipping Lines and Airlines for Procuring the best rates for the quoting the customers.? Arranging the shipments from placing the booking until delivery of the consignments.? Monitor the shipments on a daily basis, deal with any issues that may have occurred (Shipment Status, Container loading and positioning, Quoting, Lost Shipments)? Perform Various Customer Service activities, including upselling and handling new and Existing Accounts ? Maintaining rates sheet, Overseas Agent List, Contact details? Arranging of Sea Export Shipments from Container release from the shipping Line, Transporter, passing of Export Declaration, Submitting Shipping Instructions, Follow-up of draft confirmation, collection of Bill of lading and Delivery.? Arranging of Sea Import shipments from sending routing orders to the overseas agents, follow-up Pre-Alert, update the client for the movement, monitoring the arrival of the shipments, sending cargo arrival notice, arranging collection of delivery order and sending it to the client.? Preparing needed documents for customs clearance? Arranging of Air Export from acquiring AWB number from the airlines, book the cargo, get the documents and AWB instructions from the Client, passing of BOE, transporter, handing over of the cargoes, taking final weight type and executing of the AWB, preparing of Manifest and providing the final pre alert documents to the client.? Booking Air shipments through Emirates Sky cargo and Dnata? Issuing Delivery Order through Calogi website and preparing letters for issuing Delivery Order? Arrange/coordinate with trucking pick-ups and delivery appointments with ability to affect cost effective transportation solutions.? Communicate service issues to client and management with ability to resolve and follow through.? Able to assist in all other areas of operations as directed by management.? Customer service skills including the ability to recognize the needs of clients along with problem solving? Payments of Document processing Charges for container? Tracking AWB and arranging for payments by updating the cost updation in software and handing it over to the messenger.? Co- ordinating with overseas agents through WCA (leading world in logistics partnering)? Opening of Jobs in Software, cost updation and printing invoices? Generating Invoices by updating agents charges our charges, transportations etc and forwarding it to the clients? Preparing documents for Customs Submissions? Passing Shipping instructions through Inttra and carriers website? Assisting manager in other works as instructed? Coordinated with agents overseas to ensure timely Customs Clearance and delivery for shipments at destination.? Preparing of Letter of Credit and CAD documents such as Bill of Exchange, Invoice & Packing List, Booking Forms, Shipping Instructions etc for Mashreq bank and Noor Bank? Applying of Certificate of Origin for Sharjah and Dubai chamber of Commerce? Generating invoices for clients using our warehouse for storing cargo.? Co-ordinating with sea shipping line for Packing of materials if required by the customer? Work well and get along with others in a diverse work environment of both clients and business associates, ensuring the highest quality of services possible.? Finding rates through calogi website for the air shipments, getting rates from overseas agents and sending quotations to the client? Booking shipments through TNT? Sending enquiries to the overseas agent for better rates of the shipment and quoting to the customers as instructed
