Job Description :Graduate of BS Degree in Law40 years old and belowBilingual (English and Arabic) excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.Minimum of 3 years experience as corporate lawyer in business corporate set up environment in UAE.Excellent knowledge and understanding of Sharia Law, UAE Labor law, Commercial Tax, Legal rift disputes and UAE Tax compliance and regulations.With Prior exposure to handling matters with Rental Dispute Court at RERA is preferred.Full comprehension of the influences of the external environment of a corporationDemonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategiesSound judgement and ability to analyse situations and informationKeen attention to detail and an innovative mindsetDemonstrates a sense of urgency to meet business demands with confidentiality, high degree of professional ethics and integrity.Able to work autonomously the majority of the time with little to no oversight.Interested candidates can apply with your resume.
