Our work includes a mix of corporate strategy to C-level executives, national policy development and economic development strategies to heads of state and government ministers (e.g., Minister of Finance or Minister of Economy), as well as advisory services to NGOs and educational organizations.In recent years, we have been involved in developing growth and market entry strategies, drafting national industrial strategies, and creating special economic zones, among many other projects. Our consultants also work with strategy colleagues and experts from around the world, and have supported projects in Europe, sub-Saharan Africa, North America and South Asia.Consultants are active and integral parts of project teams at Monitor Deloitte. They employ advanced analytical skills and organized thinking in order to help solve our client s toughest challenges. We make sure our consultants are consistently learning and growing in their roles, and offer a robust, global training program in order to ensure their ongoing professional development.
