We are currently seeking to hire a dynamic Commis Chefs (I, II, III) to join our Food & Beverage Preparation Team. The successful candidate will be under the supervision of the Outlet Chef/Chef de Partie.An essential responsibility of this role is to support the Food and Beverage Preparation Team by performing duties including preparation of mise en place, set up food equipment, assist in food preparation, and maintain hygiene (HACCP) according to the hotel and local health authority's standards.What we need from youThe ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position.
