Job Description :Urgently looking for an experienced Chef De Partie in UAE.Job Details:?Ensure that the production, preparation, and presentation of food are always of the highest quality.?Full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production and presentation standards.?Prepare ingredients that should be frequently available (vegetables, spices etc.).?Put effort in optimizing the cooking process with attention to speed and quality.?Personally responsible for hygiene, safety and correct use of equipment and utensils.Job Requirements:?Culinary school diploma.Two years experience in same field.?A positive attitude is the best asset.?Organization, cleanliness and time-management skills.
