To coordinate all activities in a large and culturally diverse accommodation unit (camp) covering a wide range of interpersonal and logistical activities and perspectives.Job Description of activities and key responsibilities of the function (what and why) 6-8 points? To interact with NMDC Project Groups to ensure all incoming and outgoing personnel and items are processed in a timely fashion.? Undertakes inductions to new guests.? To conduct hygiene audits in the camp and kitchen including use by date and storage methodologies to ensure camp health and sanitation standards are maintained.? To set work priorities and respond to changing external priorities that impact on daily planned activities.? To coordinate emergency response activities and situations with the Camp Management to ensure that emergencies are controlled to NMDC standards.? To prepare reports for Line Management as required including daily accommodation and catering status report.? To supervise Camp support staff.? To manage all incoming and outgoing business and camp residents mail.? To maintain camp rules and regulations in the unit in accordance with Camp Company policies and procedures.Educational Qualifications & Certifications? Graduation from a standard high school or secondary school and considerable experience related to this class of work; or any equivalent combination of training and experience.? Basic computer literacy? First aid certification.Behavioural skills? Team Leadership? Conflict Resolution & Negotiation Skills? Proactively serve and constructively respond to personnel needs in order to meet provide effective and proper catering & accommodation.? Collaborate constructively and effectively with all colleagues throughout the organization.? Show respect, flexibility and loyalty towards colleagues throughout the organization.? Communicate clearly and in writing for important issues.? Able to adequately solve problems or disputes.Relevant experienceFunction specific experience? 4 to 6 years of Work Experience in a field relevant to the position?
