JOB PURPOSE:? Business Excellence play a key role to ensure the implementation of all action plans related to business excellence purposed by the concerned areas. Analysis the gaps and identifies mitigation plan as well as applying them. ? Lead the implementation of the quality management system (QMS) in the Directorate.? Redesign and update business processes, procedures, guidelines and other operational control mechanisms as required by the Operational Excellence initiative.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:1. Responsible to develop and implement management strategies that support business and financial objective. Evaluate existing strategies and recommend process for improvements.Assist the team in developing operational plans which comply with the strategic goals and set the require KPIs.2. Responsible for the development of companywide Mission, Vision, Strategic plan, Department Objectives, and Key Performance Indicators in applying Business Excellence concepts.3. Responsible for creation, maintenance, update, review of business policy, procedure, guideline, SOP and documentation.4. Assisting the Business Excellence Manager to develop and implement an Integrated Management system.5. Participate in system development in compliance with international standards (ISO9001, ISO 14001.and OHSAS 18001).6. Responsible to Conduct periodical Internal Audits for different department in the company. Implementing, maintaining, developing and improving the company quality system in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 and report on performance to the management for review Should have experience to draw process flow charts using software.7. Provide monthly statistical report highlighting the progress towards the closeout finding. 8. Should have good understanding about EFQM evaluation criteria.9. Supervise and review the developments of Write reports of business services and departments basic needs such as facilities and process enhancement to achieve excellence.
