Key Accountabilities: 1) To study business functions, gather information, evaluate output requirements 2) Provide business analysis and systems analysis - AS IS & TO BE Processes.3) Construct workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities & writing specifications.4) Act as a link between business applications team and business stakeholders. 5) Improve systems by studying current practices & designing modifications. 6) Be a part of team responsible to identify and suggest application to automate business process.7) Post project implementation ensure proper handover from vendor partner. 8) Ensure the synchronization between all departments as regard to smooth working of all applications.9) Help enhance user experience using application.
