The portfolio currently comprises eleven luxurious properties, from secluded resorts to city hotels in key locations around the world.If you are looking for a dynamic environment for growth, please join us as a Bartender.Summary of Responsibilities:Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:To consistently provide thoughtful, caring and sincere serviceTo assist guests regarding all beverage menu items in an informative and helpful wayTo mix drinks and control the beverage stock as per guidelinesTo have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotionsTo have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methodsTo follow outlet policies, procedures and service standardsTo follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverageOther duties as assigned Qualifications:Previous bartending experience preferredExcellent knowledge of all beverage productsPrevious point of sale system experience an assetExcellent communication and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableAbility to work well under pressure in a fast paced environmentAbility to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a teamAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesPhysical Aspects of Position:Physical aspects of the position include but are not limited to the following:Constant standing and walking throughout shiftFrequent lifting and carrying up to 20 lbsOccasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, liftingOccasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
