JOB PURPOSE : Installation and trouble shooting of all related Audio/ Video Equipment with compliance to the related license and warranty information.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Description : ? Set up, install and configure related Audio/Video equipment at client premises.? Troubleshooting and routine maintenance of all audio/video conferencing equipment.? Supervise operation and assist in operation of CCTV systems and control room.? Controls utilization of service contracts and performs preventative maintenance on the above items? Raises PR for tools, supplies and equipment related to providing audio video solution and servicing? Maintains inventory of parts and ensures relevant equipment are available with serviceability at all times? Maintains records and makes reports of maintenance and service provided and video recordings and reproduce the same as and when management may require? May use computer application software in the performance of the job.? Notify supervisors when major equipment repairs are needed.? Inform users of audio and videotaping service policies and procedures.? Organize and maintain compliance, license, and warranty information related to audio and video facilities.? Diploma in Electronics/AV or similar discipline.? Good communication Skills in English and knowledge in other languages will be an advantage.? Must have Good computer Skills and telephone etiquettes.? Ability to work under pressure.Experience ? 2 year occupation certification (ITI) ? 5 years of experience in Audio /Video.? 1 year occupation certification (ITI) ? 7-8 years of experience in Audio /Video.
