This includes recruiting activities, administration, compensation, performance management, employee development, as well as the allocation of work-life-balance and training programs.In a typical day as a Total Rewards Consultant, you would?? Provides customer support to employees and managers for complex support cases (e.g., Contact HR); escalates as necessary.? Supports total rewards program delivery through the practical application of basic discipline knowledge with limited guidance.? Assists with more complex reporting needs, analyzes survey, employee, and financial data, and models programs using spreadsheet analysis.? Provides analytical support for moderately complex projects using research and data analysis skills.? Geographical scope for Total Rewards activities may vary as required (single-country, multi-country and cross-Geo).? Apply specialised total rewards knowledge to implement programs and initiatives and contribute to program design.? Manage the total rewards function within a country by aligning local programs with overall compensation and benefits strategy.? Analyse survey, employee, and financial data to summarize findings, draw conclusions, and make recommendations about total rewards programs to project teams.? Manage compensation or benefits projects of moderate complexity.Establishes and maintains relationships with business or functional leaders.? Support or project manage benefits delivery including partnering withvendors.? Conduct due diligence and analysis for Merger & Acquisition transactions.If you are?? Experienced in compensation, benefits, finance, and/or human resources.If you have?? Experience with flexible benefits and/or experience managing wellness campaigns & events? A strong understanding of total rewards, as well as other HR functions.? Developed knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment as it relates to employee compensation and benefits.?
