Customer/Designer Support SpecialistDate: Jul 5, 2023 Location: Tunis, TN, 1053Company: VistaCustomer/Designer Support SpecialistJob OverviewReporting to the Designer Support Team Lead, the Top Level Designer Support & Curation Representative is a member of the Designer Support Team with the dual responsibilities of providing support for Top Level Designers and working with theDesigner Curation Team to curate our designer community.Key Responsibilities? Provide email support in English to our Top Level designer community? Review designer-to-designer copyright infringement notices/cases? Collaborate with the client support team in conflict situations, developing efficient solutions in cooperation with multiple team members across various departments, which satisfy both parties? Contribute your ideas to improve our platform and designer experience in meetings and discussions? Relaying designers feedback on how we can improve our product to management? Using your knowledge in the graphic design and or art industry to assist in policing our community to ensure we are continually curating a Designer Community driven by quality, honesty, and professionalism.Required Experience and SkillsEssential requirements? Any form of Customer Support, Account Management, Customer Success or Customer Relations experience? Strong verbal and written communication skills and confidence in moderating email requests? Familiarity with CRM applications. Zendesk experience is a plus!Preferred requirements? Passion for and training in graphic design, with advanced knowledge of allcommon design programs (Adobe CS, Sketch)?
