Have the opportunity to see the true impact that you?re having in the work you do - every small thing counts.Job Scope:Supervise planning activities for MT & GT orders in Tunisia to ensure on time deliveries for a better on shelf availability of our products.Ensure a 100% of stock accuracy through a daily reconciliation between SAP & Altess for a smooth O2C process.Roles & ResponsibilitiesCreate delivery orders for MT & GT sales orders confirmed by CFS & ensure that all is finalized before planning cut off time.Check shipments creation & share with OTM planning team all modifications/Adjustments (assigned transporter, truck size.) ensuring a good rate for truck loadability.Share shipments details with warehouse team (shipments number, assigned transporter, delivery date.) for orders preparation and loading.Check that all delivery orders are interfaced to Altess & fix if any interface issue with IT team.Share shipments details with transporters (DO numbers, loading date, delivery date.) and track that all deliveries are loaded & dispatched on time as per customers RDD.Check that all shipments created are triggered to SAP & fix all related issues with OTM teamFollow data upload from transporters on Forkites data base to allow deliveries tracking on real time.Update POD on SAP for on time deliveries tracking.Check all claims received from transporters and share with CFS for CRM ticket creation.Ensure a daily stock reconciliation between SAP & Altess.Ensure that all stock gaps between SAP & Altess are investigated & needed actions are shared & fixed.Key Competencies & Skills:Good communication with all stakeholdersCoordination with the local team (CFS, Warehouse?) for planning executionAnalysis on data providedDaily sales orders managementCoordination with OTM teamTransportation Cost OptimizationKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)On time deliveriesMT LoadabilityTransportation costUnilever is an organisation committed to equity, inclusion and diversity to drive our business results and create a better future, every day, for our diverse employees, global consumers, partners, and communities.
