We provide trainings for the future of work on a the most in-Demand digital skills.We go fast and break things :So far, we have trained +15,000 students in 20 hackerspaces within 8 countries in Middle East and Africa.What were looking forWe?re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who?ll find and attract the most talented people in Africa. You will be responsable for the construction and growth of our talent network through disruptive sourcing models:

  • Identify and attract the best talent to be part of our network
  • Partner with Business developpers to understand each role and match client needs
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process
  • Empower talents, propose the right training and eventually develop retention strategies
  • Anime the network, own talent relationships and ensure we deliver and excellent experience to talents
  • Enhance sourcing strategies using Tech
  • Participate in and host recruitment events to drive awareness of our company

  • Experience in sourcing talent (preferably in Tech industry or consulting)
  • Required: Ability to speak and write in English and French fluently
  • University degree from a top school
  • Excellent Communicator with the ability to speak confidently to individuals at all levels
  • Currious about Tech and willing to develop a deep understanding of Edtech market
  • Know how to enhance the quality of customer service.
  • High-energy, a team player mentality, and are self-motivated
  • Be a GoMyCode ambassador by getting to know the GoMyCode platform and model
