Our cross-disciplinary teams work with partners globally to tackle diverse and complex challenges, and no two projects are the same. We are seeking a Software Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in web and mobile development, and the ability to solve problems and delight users both internally and externally for our partner projects.80%: Your key responsibilitiesDeveloping full-stack solutions from backend APIs to mobile and web front-end user interfaces, based on user requirements and objectivesAdvocating for design thinking and user empathy to design and deliver high-quality user experiencesCreating reusable, scalable, and reliable software solutionsProducing technical documentation for partner projects and contributing to Think-its internal knowledge and codebases20%: Up to you!RequirementsWhat we?re looking forAt least 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer, including experience in designing and developing complex web applications with a focus on reliability, high-availability, performance, and scalability.Strong proficiency in Frontend web development and technologies, including experience using popular frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, and VueJs, as well as experience in designing user interfaces and user experiences.Strong debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills.Experience with Agile Software Development Techniques and Tools, TDD, and pair programmingStrong proficiency in written and spoken English.Who you areYou areself-motivated.
