  • Contribute to the completion of projects, manage own time to meet agreed targets and develop plans for work activities on own projects within a team.
  • Suggest improvements and conduct continuous improvement activities.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices {part of GxP} practices.
  • Accurately communicate Supply/Operational needs/perspectives as well as Quality Operations (QO) perspectives.
  • Create project plans/concepts and assure they are followed (e.g. resource planning, schedule planning, cost planning, etc.) in cooperation with technical or key project leaders as well as technical areas; introduce actions in case of deviations, as required
  • Cooperate in conducting risk analyses
  • Develop suggestions for project organization; select suitable associates in cooperation with supervisors and define tasks, rules and interfaces
  • Act as interface between involved internal/external areas (e.g. key project leader, technical project leader, sub-project leader, customer, suppliers, departments, etc.)
  • Assure compliance with set project indicators/goals with regard to quality-relevant topics, in cooperation with the key project management
  • Analyze and evaluate changes (e.g. take into account quality-relevant parameters in implementing the change requests; cooperate in negotiations and assure implementation
  • Create and check project reports and presentations, as well as project conclusion documentation
QualificationsMust-Have
  • Pharmacist or Engineer
  • 3+ years experience
  • Experience in Quality administered systems
  • Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices and the applicable GxP regulations and standards
  • Proactive approach and strong critical thinking skills
  • Must be able to work in a team environment within own team and interdepartmental teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Nice-to-Have
  • Masters degree and relevant pharmaceutical experience
  • Willing to lead by example and jump right in, desire to get to root cause, collaborative and active listener
  • Effectively manages stressful situations, able to focus on task at regardless of circumstances and stress induced pressure
