Pricing Operations Specialist (VCS)Date: Jan 16, 2023 Location: Tunis, TN, 1053Company: Vistaprint Corporate SolutionsPricing Operations Specialist (VCS TUN) Who We Are:*The Vista Corporate Solutions [VCS] Merchandising Team owns all product configuration and pricing for ProShops, VCS?s software solution that enables mid-market and commercial businesses to more easily and efficiently order custom printed products at market-leading prices. The Pricing Team is responsible for pricing all products available to VCS customers, ensuring we balance generating healthy profit margins while guaranteeing price competitiveness and sales growth.What You Will Do:Build a comprehensive understanding of our pricing strategies and how they vary across customer segmentsExecute all pricing requests across new product introduction, custom partner needs, category adjustments and competitor reviewPartner with the VBU pricing and business intelligence team to ensure a healthy margin for all physical products offered for VCS customersCalculate and communicate the impacts of price changes on our existing list prices, partner spend and margin expectationsOwn all daily and weekly price monitors, evaluating and triaging issues as they are identifiedCollaborate with the Sales and Account Management teams to address their feedback and help capture large partner opportunities through individualized price recommendationsWork closely with our eCommerce Specialists to appropriately plan for upcoming pricing work regarding new productsBe responsible for the accuracy of pricing displayed in ProShops and expedite fixes to customer-facingYour Qualifications:Bachelor?s Degree in business-related field preferredStrong Microsoft Excel and mathematical skills is a mustStrong analytical and research skillsExperience in pricing, data entry, business intelligence or data analysis a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skillsEffective reporting and presentation skillsStrong collaboration skills when operating within a globally dispersed teamWork in evening shift to align working hours with the concerned teams.Our Remote First-Culture:In 2020, Vistaprint adopted a Remote-First operating model and culture.
