The Health Representative?s mission is to provide promotional content and enhance the customer experience.
The role is responsible for maximizing Pfizer brand growth through promotional activities tailored to the needs of HCPs within the allocated territory
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Engage on promotional science-based brand messages where product could support HCP in meeting patient needwith a broader focus on different range of content (e.g on disease state)
Actsas key POC for seamless (compliant) reactive only connection to Pfizer SMEs and resources
Responsible for onboarding customers to new operating model and to new platforms (e.g., Digital Engagement Portal)
Knowledgeable of customer preferences for content and channels to orchestrate an ideal customer experience through relevant content selection
Ensure launch strategy implementation as required
Collaborate in the development of the tactical marketing plan and ensure proper execution
Arrange meetings to support communication and education related to our disease areas
Effective calls planning and execution.
Maintain up to date customers records using appropriate tools and processes.
Develops and implements effective business and territory call plans and adapts based on self-identified opportunities and insights.
Maintains a methodical approach toward each call/engagement objectives (e.g., clear next steps and appropriate documentation, managing to KPIs)
Utilizes current digital tools effectively as well as adapts quickly to new tools for successful customer engagement; leverages analytics to assist with developing insights and planning the next best action
KPIs:
Successful planning & delivery of a comprehensive omnichannel engagement plan and POA with owned customers in alignment with Category strategy
Achieve growth of MS for the promoted products,
Achievement of Sales target/revenues
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
Bachelors Degree in healthcare Science or management (for Morocco). Pharmacist, Doctor, Dentist, Veterinary or Biologist Diploma (For Algeria & Tunisia)
Minimum of 2 years field experience,
Ability to engage, influence and persuade external stakeholders (HCPs),
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and embrace new ways of working in a rapidly changing environment.
Demonstrated strong understanding of necessary disease states and possess a solid ability to communicate necessary technical, scientific, and product and disease management information to customers.
Ability to effectively identify and implement the most efficient virtual/in-person engagement strategies, by customer, to maximize overall effectiveness and impact.
Ability to effectively build rapport and relationships with customers in a hybrid mode across F2F and virtual environments
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to effectively build rapport and relationships with customers in a hybrid mode across F2F and virtual environment.
Excellent written and spoken French and local language.
English is an advantage for optimal internal collaboration with the wider team
Perform the role in a compliant manner consistent with all Company policies, practices, and procedures.
Skillful with Microsoft Office programs.
Valid drivers license.
