Being part of the Sales team, you will implement and execute short- and long-term Sales goals and tactics, with an emphasis on pharmacotherapeutical aspects and with an understanding of business priorities.Tasks & responsibilities

  • Creates, plans and deploys a Sectoral Action Plan based on the analysis of its sector and optimizes the resources made available to it (coverage rate, daily average of contacts, medico-marketing means, etc.)
  • Plans and organizes its tours and professional events.
  • In compliance with deontology and ethics, seeks information necessary for the exercise of the profession (competitive and scientific watch) .
  • Works in collaboration with the other members of his team and transversally with the other teams in his region, in order to achieve the defined objectives, and to improve performance.
  • Provides the interface between the medical profession and the company (collection of information, analysis and transmission of information, pharmacovigilance).
  • Establishes relationships with community pharmacists Plans, organizes and carries out medical training events on pathologies and therapeutic management.
  • represents the company at external communication events (Congress, UPR, PR).
  • Uses promotional materials validated by the company and made available to it.
  • Ensures a perfect mastery of the required knowledge through training and self-training.
  • Ensures a perfect mastery of communication techniques and demonstrates it during duet days.
  • Uses its results and activity, analyzes deviations and implements appropriate corrective actions.
  • Ensures regular reporting of performance indicators to management.
  • Ensures the escalation of pharmacovigilance cases.
  • Follows company rules regarding outdated promotional items, Meets its daily reporting obligations of its activities, Complies with internal procedures and business rules.
Requirements
  • Medical degree, Pharmacist or Veterinarian.
  • At least 2 years? experience as a Medical Rep
  • Analytical as well as project management skills
  • Fluency in French and local language, written and spoken
  • Sound communicator, and cx-functional collaboration skills and ability to work in virtual teams
