With a diversity of people, global locations, technologies and products, 3M is a place where you can collaborate with curious, creative 3Mers.As an Integrated Experience Specialist you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.The Integrated Experience Specialist will be a member of the EMEA marketing center team of the Health Care Business Group and will work alongside the Integrated Experience Marketer to support the development and project management of integrated marketing programs aligned to assigned HCBG division. The Integrated Experience Specialist will lead the activation of digital campaigns as well as the event communication aligned to the standardized pre- post event communication canvas and process. In addition, the Integrated Experience Specialist will contribute to the translation excellence initiative including HCBG improvement initiatives.Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Being responsible for managing the project pipeline within the area of responsibility and activations of projects aligned to plan.
  • Driving division thought digital change from several single initiatives to EMEA integrated long term approach for campaign development and execution, 3m.com and email communication
  • Leading the event communication activation aligned to the EMEA standardized canvas and process.
  • Ensure that work aligned to responsibilities is prioritized, planned, executed, and measured.
  • Organize regular, structured communication to keep teams aligned, engaged, on track.
  • Contribute to the translation excellence initiative incl. HCBG improvement projects.
Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
  • Experience across multiple marketing and digital disciplines such as marketing automation, social and website
  • Good project management, great communication and networking & influencing skills
  • Experience of the EMEA campaign activation process (gates) aligned to global framework
  • Experience working with globally distributed and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, quick change environment
