  • Leads and champions SHE culture
  • Identifies, manages and mitigates SHE related risk, both internal and external
  • Implements sustainable Behavioral Safety and SHE standards, procedures to supportexcellence and promotes Henkel sustainability
  • Responsible to develop and implement a system to ensure the fulfilment oflegal and company requirements
  • Develop continuous improvement plans
  • Ensure the preparation and the constant status checks of safety devices in theplant.
  • Support implementation and conduction of Management of change process
