We are seeking candidates with experience working in Tunisia or the broader North Africa region, contacts across the regions financial services sector, and an understanding of the investment landscape in the region.CrossBoundary is not a development firm and is not seeking typical development skills. As an Associate, you will be tasked with evaluating investment opportunities, conducting macroeconomic and markets assessments, and providing transaction support to both investors and capital seekers. Associate candidates should have 3-5 years of experience working in high caliber finance or consulting organizations and experience working in developing countries. Experience working with a range of stakeholders (including private equity firms, Development Finance Institutions, and development agencies) to support investments in high impact sectors, as well as experience and background in North Africa, will be regarded favorably.Who We AreCrossBoundary operates in frontier markets that also hold immense investment opportunities.
