Microsoft Azure and Office 365 Technical Consultant EngineerThis role has been designated as ?Edge?, which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.Responsibilities:Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Maintenance, optimization, and deployment of the Microsoft core products and other Azure cloud-native applications on the Azure platform.
• Maintenance and optimization of the environment for Microservices/API hosted on Kubernetes containers.
• Maintenance and optimization of the Application environment hosted on Windows VM servers.
• Automating and maintaining application deployments on Azure cloud platform, Kubernetes Containers, and Windows VM servers.
• Designing and Creating CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments, specifically in the Azure cloud platform utilizing Azure pipelines, GitHub actions, or Jenkins pipelines.
• Design and Maintaining office 365 deployments.
• Production monitoring of office 365 applications and Azure applications on the Azure platform.
• Escalating Office 365 and Azure platform issues and defects to Microsoft Premier Services.
• Review and risk assessment of Change Requests.
• Utilization of professional judgment, critical thinking skills, and research to resolve issues affecting system performance.
• Automate the tasks by creating scripts using Powershell as per customer requirement.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor?s Degree in a business-related field, engineering, or a related scientific or technical discipline with at least 5+ years of experience.
• 3+ years of experience working on automating deployments.
• 2+ years Designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines in a Microsoft Azure cloud environment, preferably for C#, .NET applications.
• 2+ years experience in creating, administering, and maintaining Azure cloud resources ? specifically ? Virtual Machines, App Services, Functions, Azure SQL Database, Virtual Network, Azure DNS, and API Manager.
• 2+ years working on maintaining infrastructure as code in an Azure cloud environment.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft administration and productivity tools;
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates broad knowledge in other technical areas to properly manage complex integration efforts. Demonstrates application of technical expertise in successful engagements involving multiple disciplines.
• Familiar with Data Center Virtualization and Hosting architecture.
