So, wherever you join us, you?ll enjoy the freedom to dream up and deliver better, brighter solutions and the space to move your career forward in endlessly different directions.Today, we are looking for an Unconventional Channels Executive to join our team in Tunisia.This role is based in Tunis.Your ?day to day:Working together within a diverse and a multinational team, you will be responsible for executing business strategies and plans through non-traditional and unconventional channels.More specifically you will:-Deploy unconventional channel activation plan in line with our strategy.-Conduct regular field visits to target, contracted touchpoints and key accounts to ensure deployment quality.-Ensure accurate reporting and proof of performance of plans execution.-Manage routing, performance management for front-liners at this channel.-Propose and align channel activation retro-plan / calendar with the team.-Handle negotiation process for all target touchpoints with the support of Unconventional Channel Supervisor.-Secure proper system uses for lead generation, acquisition and retention activities.Who we?re looking for:-Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.-Minimum 2 years of proven experience in unconventional channels management, preferably in FMCG.-Analytical and data driven mindset.-Communication and collaboration skills.-Proficiency in English & French both written & spoken.FIND A NEW PATHPhilip Morris International offers you a new perspective in Tunisia.
