So, wherever you join us, you?ll enjoy the freedom to dream up and deliver better, brighter solutions and the space to move your career forward in endlessly different directions.Today, we are looking for an Indirect Retail Executive to join our team in Tunisia.This role is based in Tunis.Your ?day to day:Working together within a diverse and a multinational team, you will contribute to the execution of PMI strategy by ensuring the deployment and efficiency of operations of our Indirect Retail Channel.More specifically you will:-Ensure the implementation of customer activities and systems within the indirect channel and all related action plans to increase business opportunities and support continuous growth.-Ensure accurate reporting and proof of performance of plans execution.-Coordinate supply chain process for all touchpoints.-Deploy and follow-up manned/unmanned channel programs.-Run on-boarding and on the job training process for 3rd party front-liners.-Provide logistic support to front-liners and ensure deployment excellence.-Coordinate performance management and capacity planning for front-liners.-Ensure proper in-store visual merchandizing deployment at touchpoints.Who we?re looking for:-Graduate in business administration, marketing, or a related field.-Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial, preferably in FMCG-A confirmed working experience in field.-Communication and teamwork skills.-People Management.-Proficiency in English & French (Spoken and Written).FIND A NEW PATHPhilip Morris International offers you a new perspective in Tunisia.
