Technical Lead Engineer (M/F) Mission ADTS, part of IRESS, is looking for a technical lead engineer to join the product engineering team. You will work in collaboration with the Dev/QA team and BA from different locations (Paris, Singapore and Tunis). Within our development team, you will be in charge of developing new projects, internal upgrades and maintenance projects of our financial decoding solutions for accessing market data. As a member of the Product Engineering team, you will be involved at every phase of the software development lifecycle, from requirements through release in production. Based on the functional and technical specifications and discussions with BAs , you will: * Design, develop, test, support and maintain our decoding applications (feedhandlers) * Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, especially, in terms of architecture, implementation, consistency and testability. * Coach other members of the development team, provide technical guidance and training to junior team members * Validate new developments and ensure the quality of all deliveries, ensure all code review and unit test are done correctly * Participate in the estimation for each task, and follow the progress of the project on a daily basis. * Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a solution-oriented mindset. * Contribute to, and improve, our development processes * Write unit tests and test scenarios based on requirements and ensure the monitoring of the test execution in CI * Participate proactively in the daily stand-up meeting, kick-off sessions, team retrospectives, providing suggestions and implementing improvements. By developing your expertise and your functional knowledge in financial data and our toolset, you will progressively work on different types of Feedhandlers (cash/derivatives, multicast/TCP, FAST, ...) and you will manage complex market migration Profile Graduated from Software Engineering with a significant experience of at least 8 years in software development (C++), and a successful track record of leading a small team of engineers. Autonomous and rigorous, you have analytical skills and an excellent ability to solve problems and a very good level of collaboration and communication skills. You can work with command line tools (Shell, Linux). Fluent in both English and French (spoken & written).
