The Conflict and Strategy Advisor will be responsible for the following duties:? Provide high-level advisory service to the RR and DRR on Libya-specific historical, social, economic, political and security issues;? Follow up on the on political dynamics and developments in Libya and advise RR and DRR accordingly on positioning UNDP strategically;? Provide a continuous conflict analysis of the regions in Libya and advise RR and DRR with a view to identifying appropriate entry points and recommending appropriate strategic responses for UNDP.
