Job Description

Cimpress, Vistaprint is looking to recruit a Facilities manager, who will be responsible for the security, maintenance and facilities to ensure that they meet the needs of the organization and its employees.Facilities Manager will report directly to the General Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilities manager essentially looks after all the services that help a business or other organization to do its work. Responsibilities can include:-Building Management & Maintenance-Security Standards & Prcedures (Physical security, Building security, health and environment safety)-Office Services (Admin services, Transprt, Canteen, Cleaning)-Purchasing (RFQ, Purchase Requests, Purchase rders, Delivery, Invoices check)-Stck management-Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff.-Preparing and updating all process documents related to the Facilities Department.-Ensuring that basic facilities are well-maintained-Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness-Allocating and managing space between buildings-Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations, environmental, health and security standards-Advising businesses on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness-Overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments-Drafting reports and making written recommendations-flexibility of Working hoursKey Competencies/Traits-Strong written and verbal communication skill.-Strong People Management skill.-Excellent Skills in English, French and Arabic Language.-Analytical and problem-solving skills-Decision-making-The ability to lead and manage teams and projects-Team working spirit-Attention to details but also the ability to see the implications for the bigger picture-Commercial awareness-Customer service-Organization, time management, prioritizing and the ability to handle a complex, varied workload-A good knowledge of IT packages (office, Autocad, )Qualification & Experience-+ 10 years office experience Management and technical.-Management, Civil engineering-Must work well in a team environment, be highly motivated and willing to learn new skills-Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills-Highly approachable with a warm personality-Able to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks
