Our promise to our associates is rock-solid: we grow together, we enjoy our work, and we inspire each other.Join in and feel the difference.We are seeking to hire a dedicated, organized, and efficient ?Expert Trainer? to join our team in this role, you will work closely to coordinate and complete position tasks as the following:Duties: (Time split: 60% dealers/sub-dealers, 30% key users; 10% rangers/sales team)Training activities/Sell-out campaigns:

• Organize, implement and coordinate PT product and application trainings and events for PT customers (dealers/ key users) within the CS0;
• Conceptualize and coordinate training documentation in local languages;
• Coordinate training and qualification for external services (promoters, merchandisers and demonstrators);
• Conducts Live online Trainings for PT customers (dealers/users);
• Conducts social media training video for PT customers (dealers/users);
• Provide a link to access PT Academy, PT Forum and Encyclopedia of PT;
• Initiate product launch-related activities together with LRM;
• Determine course content according to objectives;
• Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.);
• Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually;
• Arrange for and conduct on-site training when needed;
• Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc;
• Observe and evaluate results of training programs and develop;
• Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements
• Organize roadshows in coordination with Area Sales Managers and Local Retail Manager.

• Implement and update key users database;
• Organize fequent visits to key users, identifiy their needs and train them on the usage of Bosch machines;
• Develop Direct Sales w/ no conflict to retail driven sales in cordination with Country Business Director;
• Coordinate internally with ASA Business developer for After sales and repair activities to ensure a better quality of service;
• Being interface and support to divisions responsible for the cross selling concepts;
• Implement central user-marketing-strategies / concepts;
• Ensure correct mix of products and services for quality oriented Large Users;

• Good communication skills;
• Excellent knowledge of PT tools;
• Expert in PT applications;
• Good knowledge of PT Users;
• Ability to address training needs with complete courses;
• Working knowledge in MS Office (especially Powerpoint);
• Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds;
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities;
• Degree in a relevant technical field;
• Fluent in French, English;

• Overall number of conducted trainings ( F2F training, webinars, workshops);
• Satisfaction level of trainingparticipants;
• Number and quality/success of documentation;
• Number and quality/success of product launch related activities;
• Number of training videos;
• Number of roadshows;
• Number of key users visited;
