  • Ensure Proper Archiving for General Accounting and Customer Accounting department;
  • Support to prepare data for tax declarations and audit purposes;
  • Supporting Monthly Business Report, Year-end Closing report for HBI and IFRS with audit coordination;
  • Maintain day to day bookkeeping related to book to report;
  • Submit administrative documents from or to external partner;
  • Support in month end and year end closing activities;
  • Support Expense Claim postings;
Qualifications
  • Graduate in Finance, accounting or equivalent (Master degree);
  • Beginner accounting knowledge;
  • Analytical, structured, curious with high curiosity and learning orientation;
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational, time management skills;
  • Fluent in English and French;
  • Ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally;
  • Strong (advanced) Microsoft Office package knowledge, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Self-directed, self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as an integral member of a team;
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment, with high degree of accuracy and reliability;
