We have Walk-ins interviews for welders, painters & helpers (immediate joiners) from 26th april 2020 till 2nd may, 2020.Responsibilities:? Assists workers engaged in fabrication of structural or sheet metal products, performing any combination of following tasks: Lifts, positions, and removes workpieces from machines to assist in fitting and welding.? Perform small mechanical repairs/duties.? Follow establish worksite safety regulation to maintain a safe and clean work area by identifying possible safety hazards and taking all necessary corrective actions to eliminate or minimize hazards.? Ensure each job was effectively done according to company policies.? Worked with other co-workers satisfactorily to ensure job was completed by deadlines.? Able to follow directions to determine what colour parts get painted.? Examine and feel surface for defects.? Determine what process should be used when cleaning and hanging parts.? Use a variety of hand tools and machines.? Use a grinder over the surface to remove scratches, excess weld material and burrs.? Perform light maintenance on machinery to keep it in good working order.? Remove worn abrasive discs, wheels and belts and sharpen chisels and scrapers.? Shovel or pour abrasives such as sand, grit, or shot of specified grade into machine hopper.? Operate sandblasting machine to clean surfaces prior to painting or coating.? Must be able to move parts in and out of area.? Other projects and duties as assigned? Holds tape and rods and marks reference points to assist in layout.? Loads, stacks, and transports stock, tools, dies, and work in process by hand or truck.? Cleans and scrapes metal preparatory to fabricating, welding, painting, or shipping, using scraping tool, abrasive, or placing in solvent bath.
