? Interpret the intent of contract drawings and specifications for the Client, General Contractor, Building Inspector, and other interested parties.? Manage and coordinate site supervision team.? Consult with all appropriate Public Authorities and determine the observations and inputs have been secured prior to commencing contract documents phase.? Attend public meetings and/or hearings, as necessary; assure that all public authority approvals are obtained.? Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.? Perform independent review of all contract drawings and specifications for completeness, correctness and coordination. Ensure that corrections and clarifications are made if required.? Evaluate and monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and to determine need for changes. ? Risk management, including maintaining the risk registers and risk analysis/assessment.? Ensure a project is fit-for-purpose and adheres to the project budget and schedule.? Account for engineering tasks to ensure they meet contract requirements.? Interpret clients' requirements, identifying and addressing design parameters and engineering problems and ensuring solutions are implemented.? Ensure all justifications for contractual variations during projects are maintained to support subsequent commercial claims.? Perform field quality control observations and assessments
