Responsibilities:? Analyzing and reviewing all Non-compliances/delays/problems and presenting reports? Analyzing & Optimization of all processes & Procedures for improvement? Appropriate statistical analysis and data for reporting? Conduct appropriate trainings as per schedules and as per requirements? Assistance to Corporate Management for any requested tasks? Automation of processes wherever necessary? Document Control for procedures, Manuals, Forms, Work Instructions & Organization chart? Implementation of the entire Quality Management system as per the strategy presented by Corporate Management? Implementing any changes/improvement within the specified time? Maintaining the Quality System for all the Certified group Companies? Prepare management reports? Planning & executing Internal audits? Review of existing quality system & suggesting/amending/modifying the system/procedures as and when required through approval processesSKILLS REQUIRED? Advanced Excel, PowerPoint? Advanced MS Visio? BPO Certification? ISO standards working knowledge ? Electrical Engineering Concepts/background? Excellent planning, organization and problem solving? International Quality standard certifications? Interpersonal/communication skills? Leadership Skills? Multitasking? Project Management/MS Project? Strong Analytical skills? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.? Strong computer skills and knowledge of QA databases ? Meticulous attention to detail.
