A Master?s Degree in Computer Application, Computer Science and other related field.3-5 yrs. experience in Software Applications Development in higher EducationStrong knowledge of PHP web framework- Moodle.Developing websites specifically in PHP format.Experience with integration of payment gateways.Design, Configuration, fine-tuning and backup/restoration of MySQL Server databases.Ensure the security policies are implemented as per the best practices.IIS, Apache, Tomcat configuration and virtual hosting.Experience working on Linux platform.At least 3 projects completed on Moodle Platform preferredAttend support / incidents tickets and work to resolve the related issues within the SLA timelines.Manage, Monitor and Maintain LMS.Escalate the calls respective to the internal senior members, vendors/service providers and work along with them to ensure the uptime of the network and meet the business SLA.Maintain and schedule periodic backups of all databases and source codes with versioning as per the company policy.Maintain and update all levels of issues by effectively resolving any arising problems.Participate in designing, implementing new requirements.Maintain and record up-to-date change request of the LMSPrepare and maintain all SoP documents pertaining to the respective tasks performed.Evaluate current and emerging technologies to consider the factors such as portability, compatibility, usability and cost so as to enhance the productivity.Prepare and submit to periodical SLA and uptime reports, Incident and RCA documents as per the company policy.Experience designing, customizing, and implementing software in a production environment, including designing custom applications, process modifications, responsive web applications, and custom reporting tools.Knowledge, experience, and programming skills in implementing layers of web-security.Conceptualize, create, and develop secure web-based responsive applications which support Stetson's business processes and strategic goalHigh Energy and positive attitude.Ability and willingness to work in a team atmosphere; desire to learn and grow.Excellent interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to establish rapport with Staff, Students and FacultyAbility to present oneself in an appropriately personable and professional mannerAbility to be both consistent and flexible as circumstances warrant
