1. Implement and execute daily production plans as per the instructions of the Senior Production Supervisor/ Production Engineer.2. Prepare Raw Material Requisition as per the requirements of the daily plan.3. Review all Planning-cum-production sheets before putting them on the machine. 4. Ensure all the required manpower is available before the start of the day or shift.5. Ensure all Health and safety instructions are followed on the shop floor.6. Ensure all machines start at the right time within minimum wastage in strart-ups.7. Ensure the cleanliness and housekeeping of the factory as per the Production Manager?s instructions.8. Coordinate with Stores officer for raw materials. 9. Ensure raw materials are available at the work site in time.10. Inform Senior Production Supervisor /Production Engineer about non-availability of raw materials. 11. Ensure machine is received in proper working condition after breakdown maintenance.12. Inform Senior Production Supervisor /Production Engineer about daily production status, delays, absence of workmen, non-availability of plans and information from planning, test result feedback etc.13. Prepare Daily production report, Production transfer notes.14. Prepare Corrective action reports as when incidents of defects, problems arise in the course of production15. Participate in improvement activities on the shop floor and reduce wastages in time and material.16. Provide informal training to all workmen as when anything has to be informed daily. Note:? Experience in Cable industry is a must. ? Operators with more than 6 years of experience in extrusion (cable industry only) can also apply.
