- Registering Trans Asia group of companies to governments, semi governments and private companies (online, email, by hand) in order for us to receive and participate on their tender/RFI/RFQ.- Calling and sending email to clients to introduce our group of companies for us to be on their approved list of vendors/ contractor/ Supplier.- Applying to online vendor/Supplier /Contractor registrations- Updating and maintaining company?s records/details on all online registrations/e-souring/e- procurement portals- Pre-qualifying our group to companies that requires pre-qualification for contractors (ADNOC, ARAMCO, KNPC) mostly government entities.- Checking tender from the market (clients e-sourcing/e-procurement portals, websites and newspapers) and communicating it to our Business Development department.- Assisting Business development department in submitting technical and commercial offer through online portals.
