Oversee all responsible for Asset Management and Store Operations. This position is responsible for daily and long-time management of technology ?related hardware within the Organization. ? Planning, monitoring and recording software license and/or hardware assets to ensure compliance with vendor contracts.? Develop and implement procedures for tracking organization assets to oversee quality control throughout their lifecycle.? Manage all store operations? Coordinate with technical departments on material issues and receipts? Ensure items across sectors/stores are standardized and unified? Ensure optimal inventory target setting and continual review? Manage obsolete and slow-moving stock to ensure optimal inventory? Coordinate annual ?physical inventory?? Coordinate with procurement and strategic sourcing departments to ensure seamless cross-department processes? Define and monitor KPI's of Store and Materials function ? Manage department budget and monitor it continually? Provide performance data as requested by corporate core Experience and Skills:? 2-4 years of experience in Assets or store management ? Experience in managing materials management activities for organization of comparable size in a relevant ICT industry? Excellent knowledge of Asset & inventory management principlesManagement skills to coordinate between different departments
