• Demonstrate independent proficiency in SharePoint capabilities to build and maintain technology solutions.
• Develop solutions using SharePoint Online and related Microsoft 365 applications, including Power Applications.
• Create, maintain, and provide recommendations for the SharePoint-based Knowledge platform.
• Effectively manage site permissions.
• Optimize business processes using workflows and forms.
• Design user-friendly, brand-compliant, and powerful user experiences.
• Communicate challenges with supporting examples and evidence, offering recommendations when needed.
• Lead multiple Digital Innovation projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including IT managers, vendors, and executive leaders.
• Use interactive technology and collaboration tools to translate designs, create training materials, and develop UI and UX experiences.
• Gather comprehensive user requirements by interacting with users to understand business processes.
• Conduct thorough systems testing, including integration, system, and acceptance testing, to ensure bug-free programs/platforms.
• Liaise with outsourcers to communicate agreed-upon requirements.
• Prepare project-specific Technical Requirement Specs.
• Perform coding, testing, and implementation tasks.
• Review and approve test plans and test specifications, conducting quality reviews for implementations.
• Create training materials and conduct user training.
• Identify and escalate project-related issues to the Project Manager.
• Swiftly resolve rollout issues, providing effective solutions.
• Check the development of software created by software partners.
• Explore innovative technologies and evaluate their relevance.
• Oversee the development of proof-of-concept prototypes.
• Conceptualize how modern technology can enhance product value.

Wed love to hear from you if you have:

• A university degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• No prior experience required - this is an entry-level position.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, C#, and Azure development.
• Familiarity with SharePoint features and customizations.
• Interest in creating SPFx web parts and application customizers with React JS, with Fluent UI familiarity as a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams development, including creating Teams apps and bots.
• Awareness of project management methodologies such as Agile and Lean.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools.
• A commitment to clean and efficient code.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Resourcefulness and a passion for collaborative problem-solving.
• Desire to work in a distributed team environment.
