• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
• Develop and integrate software components into complete and functional systems.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes and turn them into real solutions.
• Assist in designing project frameworks, including system, technical, and security architecture.
• Contribute to the development of design specifications and proof of concept solutions.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members.
• Engage in multi-disciplinary research in IT, system architecture, design, and deployment.
• Support complex systems, including networks, servers, endpoints, and hardware/software.
• Work on various Digital Innovation projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with digital/BIM and project stakeholders, including IT managers.
• Gather user requirements and draft systems specifications.
• Conduct comprehensive systems testing to ensure bug-free programs.
• Assist in liaising with outsourcers to communicate requirements.
• Prepare technical requirement specifications for digital projects.
• Engage in coding, testing, and implementation tasks.
• Prepare and/or review test plans and specifications for quality reviews.
• Create training materials and deliver user training.
• Swiftly resolve any rollout issues.
• Assist in the development of software created by software partners.
• Address interface issues between different platforms.
• Support in ensuring the reliability and maintainability of enterprise software solutions.
• Explore and assess innovative technologies.
• Conceptualize the use of modern technology to enhance product value.
• Report to the Line Manager in an organized manner.

Wed love to hear from you if you have:

• A university degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Design.
• Basic knowledge of the Application, Presentation, Data, and Network layers.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies, including SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Extreme Programming.
• Understanding of Object-Oriented Languages and Object-Oriented Design.
• Experience in responsive website design and backend architecture.
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX and prototype design.
• Familiarity with web technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, REST APIs, .Net Core, Node.js, and Python.
• Exposure to front-end technologies such as JavaScript, Angular, React, jQuery, CSS3, and HTML5.
• Familiarity with reading and writing web-based APIs using JSON or XML.
• Basic understanding of RDBMS and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with source control, Git, and Azure DevOps.
• Interest in 3D modeling and graphics applications (e.g., 3.js, Unity, Autodesk).
• Basic knowledge of web services, OAuth, Single Sign-On (SSO), and networking and cybersecurity.
• Awareness of Azure services and cloud computing.
• Basic understanding of server technologies, including IIS and Node.js.
• Interest in data analytics, data science, and Microsoft IoT Hub.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft technologies and their value.
• Familiarity with modern web architecture.
• Enthusiasm for Agile development methodologies.
• Interest in software design and development in a test-driven environment.
• Familiarity with databases and Object-Relational Mapping frameworks.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Resourcefulness and the ability to work in distributed teams.

Online Tests could be conducted before or after the interviews.
