A renowned 5-Star Pullman Hotel, based in Sharjah at Al Taawun Road looking for highly professional staff for its ?Call Centre & Reservation Agent?, preferably Arabic/English Speaking, who possesses proven professional experience in a Call Centre or Reservation environment at 5-Star Hotel in UAE and fully understand Policies/Procedures.The Candidate should have High School Diploma or equivalent, proficient in relevant computer applications, knowledge of customer service practices and principles, excellent data entry and typing skills, superior listening, verbal and written communication skills as well as ability to handle stressful situation appropriately.
