1. Job Purpose? Manage and develop the full business development strategic plan in alignment with SCS strategic objectives.? Conduct ongoing researches and studies to identify business opportunities and strategic partners (companies, suppliers, customers, clients,?).? Collaborate with SCS business units and build an effective relationships with all strategic partners.2. Key Accountabilities? Create and develop a full strategic framework for Business Development section.? Conduct researches and relevant analysis to identify new markets opportunities, potential partners and make an understanding regarding competitors activities in retail sector.? Create loyal clients through the regular improvement of customers experience, providing trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.? Establish a rapport with SCS strategic partners and obtain ongoing interaction with them to enhance their engagement..? Search and attract continuously prospective partners as well as strengthen and retain the relationships with the existing ones. ? Develop annual business plan including the number of future contracts, estimated budget and SCS expected revenues.? Enhance SCS revenues through creating ongoing deals, contracts and applying effective negotiation techniques in compliance with SCS policies and procedures.? Provide regular metrics regarding current and expected sales, revenues and the future forecasting. ? Play a vital role in promoting SCS products and services and in implementing marketing campaigns through various channels (direct contact or digital) in collaboration with Marketing department.? Prepare and manage the SCS business contracts in collaboration with Auditing department to ensure that the terms and conditions are in alignment with SCS policies.? Follow up the contracts implantation phases and ensure that all payments are processed accurately in collaboration with finance department.? Obtain confidentiality all the time regarding strategic partners contracts and details. ? Ensure all the time that the business development team are implementing the sales programs accurately considering the stock availability in collaboration with concerned departments. ? Ensure that all deals, contracts and daily operations are in alignment with health and safety standards.
