1. Assess requirements for execution of production plan and allocate resources accordingly.2. Ensure production targets are achieved within the allocated resources and a product quality is maintained consistently and stock levels are maintained as per the set standard3. Work actively with Brand and Product Development to produce against the expected Consumer Standard. 4. Produce 100% of the plan requirements expected by Supply Chain, applying flexibility where necessary to meet urgent or changing customer requirements5. Maintain accurate documentation of production activities in line with regulatory requirements6. Ensure adherence to SOP?s, Quality Food Safety, Halal Standards and other regulatory and customer requirements.7. Manage and coordinate with Quality Department, resolution to production related customer complaints.8. Work with maintenance team in purchase and installation of new machines9. Lead key strategic projects
