Local Audit - Saif Zone, UAE11. Finalization of Accounts12. Filing Monthly BMIS13. Insurance For Staff, Factory & Travel14. Fixed Asset Register updation and reconciliation15. PO Box checkingSales Related Work1. Preparing the Sales Invoice and packing List and despatch notes for the material.2. Updating commercial invoice file as per the sales invoice.3. Preparing proforma invoice and tracking for the payments.4. Pushing Invoicing for Orders5. Review of Pending sales orders6. Close monitoring of Advance payment and credit InvoicesPurchase Related work1. Purchase Invoice booking in the system.2. To Give price to Jenni for Purchase orders.3. Report and monitor for purchase order placed to the parent company.4. Vendor development for the purchase5. Local purchases for System & Service workHR & AdminRelated work1.
